Glen McClaran, CFO

Mr. McClaran has held top management positions at several mid-size to large operating companies.  He has successfully led businesses as both CFO and CEO.  Prior to joining MightyOak, as the Founder of "Next Level Partners", Mr. McClaran assisted companies in the planning and execution of growth programs that successfully took the business to the "next level" of size and profit.  With extensive operational background, Mr. McClaran has worked with companies from many different industries.  

 The foundation of his knowledge comes from his experience with the world's largest public accounting firm, Ernst and Young.  While a Senior Manager there, Mr. McClaran, a CPA, was responsible for some of the largest companies/clients in Central California.  Additionally, Mr. McClaran has held the top financial position at many companies including a seven-year stint as CFO with Ruiz Foods, the manufacturer of El Monterey, the nation's leading brand of frozen Mexican food.  Mr. McClaran was instrumental in growing that business more than 400%.

 Mr. McClaran has an Accounting Degree from San Jose State University where he was the captain of the football team.
