The Board of Directors consist of seven members. In order to ensure that the long-term objectives of the Tribe are being fully considered and to enhance the communcation between the Board and the Tribal Council, two members of the Board will be Tribal Council members. To ensure community involvement, two members of the Board shall be Tribal members. The last three members of the Board shall be business experts and are not required to be Tribal members.

The primary task of the Board is to oversee the operations of the corporation and to make sure that those operations reflect the strategic interests and objectives of the Tribe.
