Chukchansi Inc., is a wholly owned corporation of the sovereign Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians. Established in 2009, Chukchansi Inc. was created to diversify the economic holdings of the Tribe away from Gaming and into other, profitable business ventures. Our business model is to leverage the legal sovereignty, tax benefits and government contracting preferences flowing from Federal Tribal Status into competitive advantage.

Chukchansi Inc. has two primary goals: first, to generate revenue and profit for the Tribe; and second, to enhance community development and create jobs. Chukchansi Inc. has a Board of Directors independent from the Tribal Government, including outside business members, in order to sustain it’s unique mission.
